プライバシーポリシー
Shintaro Yawata （以下「開発者」）は、iOSアプリ「SAKU!MEMO（サクメモ！）」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 基本方針
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。
本アプリで作成したメモ、リスト、詳細メモ、添付した画像は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらが開発者や第三者に送信されることはありません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは、以下の情報を利用者の端末内に保存します。これらは外部に送信されません。
– メモおよびリストの内容、並び順、チェック状態、作成・更新日時
– 詳細メモの本文および挿入された画像
– テーマ設定（ホワイト／ブラック）、起動時に開くリストなどのアプリ設定
– ゴミ箱に移動した項目
これらのデータは、ホーム画面ウィジェットに表示するため、本アプリとウィジェットの間でのみ共有されます（端末内での共有であり、外部への送信ではありません）。
なお、利用者がiPhoneのバックアップ（iCloudバックアップまたはパソコンへのバックアップ）を行った場合、Appleの標準機能により本アプリのデータもバックアップに含まれます。これはAppleが提供する機能であり、開発者がデータを取得することはありません。
3. 写真へのアクセス
詳細メモに画像を挿入する機能を利用する際に、写真ライブラリへのアクセス許可を求めます。
– 許可は利用者が画像を挿入しようとしたときにのみ求められます
– 選択された画像は端末内の本アプリの領域にのみ保存されます
– 写真ライブラリ全体を読み取ったり、画像を外部に送信したりすることはありません
この許可は拒否することもでき、その場合でも画像挿入以外のすべての機能をご利用いただけます。
4. 共有・エクスポート機能について
本アプリには、メモをテキストとして書き出す機能（コピー、共有シート、エクスポート）があります。
これらは利用者が明示的に操作したときにのみ動作し、書き出し先（他のアプリ、メール、クリップボードなど）は利用者自身が選択します。開発者がその内容を受け取ることはありません。
書き出したデータの取り扱いは、送信先のアプリやサービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
5. お問い合わせフォームについて
設定画面の「不具合・ご要望を送る」からお問い合わせいただく際、Googleフォーム（Google LLC が提供）をブラウザで開きます。
この際、入力の手間を省くため、以下の情報があらかじめフォームに入力された状態で開きます。
– 端末名（例: iPhone 15 Pro）
– iOSのバージョン
– 本アプリのバージョン
これらは不具合の原因調査のために利用するもので、利用者が送信ボタンを押さない限り開発者に送信されることはありません。フォームの入力内容を送信された場合、その情報はGoogleフォームを通じて開発者が受け取ります。メモの内容が自動的に送信されることはありません。

6. 広告および行動追跡について
– 本アプリは広告を一切表示しません
– 広告目的の識別子（IDFA）を取得しません
– 利用者の行動を追跡（トラッキング）しません
– アクセス解析ツールを一切使用していません
7. 第三者へのデータ提供
開発者は、利用者のデータを取得していないため、第三者に提供することはありません。
8. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を含むすべての方に安全にご利用いただけます。前述のとおり、本アプリは利用者の個人情報を収集しません。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能追加や変更に伴い、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて告知します。改定後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy
Shintaro Yawata (“the developer”) provides this Privacy Policy for the iOS application “SAKU!MEMO” (“the app”).
1. Our Basic Policy
The app does not collect any personal information.
All notes, lists, memo details, and attached images you create in the app are stored solely on your device. None of this data is transmitted to the developer or to any third party.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores the following on your device. None of it is transmitted externally.
– Content, order, checked state, and creation/update timestamps of your notes and lists
– Memo detail text and any inserted images
– App settings such as the color theme (white / black) and the list opened at launch
– Items moved to the Trash
This data is shared between the app and its Home Screen widget so the widget can display your notes. This sharing happens entirely on your device and involves no external transmission.
If you back up your iPhone (via iCloud Backup or to a computer), the app’s data is included in that backup through Apple’s standard functionality. This is a feature provided by Apple, and the developer has no access to it.
3. Photo Library Access
The app requests access to your photo library when you use the feature that inserts images into memo details.
– Permission is requested only when you attempt to insert an image
– Selected images are saved only within the app’s own storage on your device
– The app does not read your entire photo library and does not transmit images anywhere
You may decline this permission. All features other than image insertion remain fully available.
4. Sharing and Export Features
The app can export your notes as text (copy, share sheet, and export).
These features operate only when you explicitly invoke them, and you choose the destination yourself (another app, email, the clipboard, and so on). The developer never receives the exported content.
Once exported, the data is handled according to the privacy policy of the destination app or service.
5. The Support Form
When you contact the developer via “Send feedback” in the Settings screen, a Google Form (provided by Google LLC) opens in your browser.
To save you typing, the following information is pre-filled in the form:
– Device name (for example, iPhone 15 Pro)
– iOS version
– App version
This information is used solely to diagnose problems, and nothing is sent to the developer unless you tap the submit button yourself. If you do submit the form, the developer receives that information through Google Forms. The contents of your notes are never sent automatically.

6. Advertising and Tracking
– The app displays no advertising of any kind
– It does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA)
– It does not track your activity
– It uses no analytics tools whatsoever
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
Because the developer collects no user data, there is nothing to disclose to third parties.
8. Children’s Privacy
The app is safe for everyone to use, including children under 13. As described above, the app collects no personal information.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised as the app’s features change. Significant changes will be announced on this page. A revised policy takes effect when it is posted here.
